We begin with a full understanding of your wedding vision and learn about the two of you to ensure a custom planning approach and wedding weekend experience that is unique to your story, your vision and your wedding planning timeline. We'll curate a dream team of photographers, venues, caterers, florists, entertainers and more to make your big day the one that you've been dreaming about while keeping you organized and on task throughout the process. With a service-first approach, we'll produce a memorable wedding day so that you, your family and friends can fully enjoy all wedding events with you both, fully present.Â

You prefer to not search for hours or over-looking the right vendors but want the "Wow Factor!" We will craft the perfect wedding weekend from design ideation to the "i do" and allow you to really enjoy the planning process!​

You've got ahold of the major details and most of the small ones - just need a little help putting it all together, making sure nothing was over-looked and assistance on-site to ensure everything runs smooth. Looking for a "day-of coordinator" - however it takes more than just that, we'll start working with you about 90 days prior to the big day to make sure wedding day is seamless!

Consultation Discovery Call
During your discovery session we will get to know you and your fiancé, learn a bit more about what's most important to you, the level of planning and design you are looking for and get a glimpse of your wedding vision.
You'll get to know a little bit about us, our approach. If we both feel that we are a good fit for your wedding style, investment and personality, we'll arrange a review call of your custom proposal.
Proposal Review
During the Proposal Review, we will outline everything that you can expect from our team, explain next steps in the process and give you an opportunity to ask any questions. We'll review our planning process and design services in detail so you can get excited to become a Wedicity couple! You'll leave this meeting feeling eager to dive into the details and really begin wedding planning with a true partner by your side!
On-Boarding + Kick-Off Call
The Wedicity Planning Experience begins!
We'll get you on-boarded into our planning platform and schedule an initial kick-off call. Prior to this call you'll fill out our Wedding Party Questionnaire and Wedding Foundation Guide which will help us get to know YOU, your priorities, likes and aversions so that we can best plan and design for you!
